This sauna is great if your sauna is far from the house or cottage, the 7' diameter and the 8' length feels so open and spacious and allow for 2 people to lie down it's perfect for a couple to relax in or having a several friends over for a sauna. The 4' change room perfect for changing or taking a brake without going outside. The benches are 1'' think which helps reduce squeaking and can handle a lot of weight. The barrel shape is design to give you a much smaller heating area, so it heats up quickly while still comfortably fitting in 4-6 people. Our western Canadian red cedar saunas are all made with 1 1/2" think to ensure the saunas are well insulated to keep the heat in during the cold winters, well capable of handling -25 weather. Our 5mm think marine grade aluminum bands is what holds the barrel sauna
